This ACE-TNM-2L-4H Italy Design Heavy Duty 4 Folds Paper Napkin Machine With 4 Lanes 5000 Sheet/Min is for the production of KFC napkin, Starbucks napkin, McDonald's Coffee Napkin, table napkin, beverage napkin, mini bar napkin, z fold paper napkin, 1/4 fold table napkins, cocktail napkin, hotel napkins, restaurant napkins, beverage napkin, lunchen napkin, 1/6 fold tallfold dispenser napkin, wallet tissue, custom airlaid nonwoven napkins and MG paper napkins etc. This serviette napkin machine can make customized embossing, color printing or point to point lamination on the serviette napkin papers. It can also connect to automatic serviette napkin packing machine to form a complete fully automatic transfer serviette napkin production line.

A. back stand
1. Parent roll specification: 16-75g/m2 1-ply; 13-18gsm 2 plies tissue paper and nonwoven airlaid and MG paper. Or customized.
2. Parent roll size: ≤1500mm x1200mm.( 300mm*4lanes = 1200mm.) Diameter x Width
5. The parent roll is driven by an independent motor. NOT belts.
6. Copy Europe design Heavy duty design Thickened steel wallboard structure to reduce vibration while running high speed running.

D. Folding Section
1. Napkin sizes. Other sizes available. Please contact us.
Open size:   300x300mm   if tall fold dispenser napkin size open  6" x 13". (tall fold dispenser napkin folded size 6.5" x 3")
Folded size: 150x150mm
Cutoff size: about 300mm. or 330cm, 13".
2. Folder type: mechanical folding type, 1/4 quarter fold type, 1/6 tall fold dispenser fold.
4. The gap and distance between two folding rollers can be adjustable to fit for different paper gsm and thickness.
5. With 3 sets of slitting blades.
6. With double decks four lines output delivery. (Double decks available)
7. Capacity: About 400m/min, about 1200sheet/min/lane * 4lanes = 5000 sheet/min total, depending on paper quality, gsm and workers operation.
8. With automatic counting unit, every count 1 - 9999 sheet/count. With tissue pop up every count.
12. Can be designed to make both 1/4 quarterfold napkins and 1/6 tall-fold napkins.(Need customized and both 1/4 and 1/6 must have same cutoff size.)
13. Driven by an independent motor. NOT chains or belts.

C. Embossing Section
1. With 1 set of steel to paper embossing unit. (Embossing pattern provided by client or recommend by us)
2. Embossing tension is adjustable.

D. Napkin Printing Unit (advanced design.)

1. With 4 colors flexo-graphic printer section. (High quality printing)

2. With ceramic anilox printing rollers.

3. Printing unit with driven by timing belts to make printing more precise.

4. Simple and easy adjustment of horizontal and longitudinal registration by turning hand wheel.

5. Both sides of Anilox roll & Rubber roll with buffer for anti-spill cover to stop the ink spilling out of the ink tank and spraying somewhere.

6. The printer is equipped with covers on the in tank to prevent the inks spilling out of the ink tanks.

7. With printing ink reservoir for reserve dropping ink and avoid ink dropping on machine or place to keep environment clean.

8. Casting iron forming foundation. Floor-standing thickened Wallboard structure (complete plate) to ensure high speed stable running no vibration.

E. Control system
1. Controlled by Inverter.
2. With JOG function, easy for threading the paper and maintenance. With 2 JOG buttons on the control box (which is near the folding head) and near the parent roll.
3. With emergency stop function, better for safety, you can stop the machine any time when there is emergency.
4. With alarm system-----alarm that goes off when the machine gets started.
5. With 2 locations to adjust the paper tension, one is near the parent roll, the other is on the top of the folding head.
6. With auto grease fittings system. Automatically feed the grease to the main bearings to prolong the life span of the bearings.
7. With auto sensors for detecting paper breaks or used up. Machine will automatically stop if paper breaks or used up.
